The project began as a 1927 - 1,453 sq. ft. home that was added onto several times. We began by taking it down to the foundation then increasing the footprint before building back up to its current 2 story size. This 3,109 sq. ft. home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths where we paid intricate attention to detail to create a Craftsman Style Masterpiece. From the entry door system, the wood cased openings to the staircase detail and hardwood flooring, it was blended with modern finishes to please even the most concerning eye for detail. The leathered island countertop blended with the handmade backsplash tile and stainless-steel appliances for a perfect combination of old and new look.
