This 50-unit apartment complex built in 1968 was completely renovated. The goal was to keep the mid-century vibe while completing the transformation to a modern apartment. All windows were replaced with new double pain vinyl windows along with concrete walks and landscape and stucco and paint to enhance the exterior while the interiors received new baths and kitchens along with granite countertops and new appliances.
